First launch
The first time you open Gridsend, it downloads its offline intelligence and survival library, about 3 GB in total. This happens once. After it finishes, Gridsend works with no signal at all.
Stay on Wi-Fi
A strong connection finishes in minutes. A slow one takes longer.
Keep it open
Leave Gridsend on screen. Plugging in keeps the phone awake.
Free up space
Have at least 5 GB of storage free before you start.
Restart it
If the bar stops moving, close Gridsend fully and open it again.

Refunds
Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is wrong with the app, tell us first so we can fix it for everyone. Gridsend collects no data. Read the privacy policy.
